Maybe you should teach mister Bush how to make those - If he manages to make one such tank without breaking his neck in the process, I'm sure it would have some impact on his behaviour
Maybe it will enhance his mental abilities... or he will just seek more dollars and let his myrmidons build more tanks with them
Whereas this is not a direct attack against Bush - he is by far not the only hayhead here
