One Dollar Bat by orudorumagi11 One Dollar Bat by orudorumagi11
All my works are original designs.

They all use dollar bills with no cuts, no glue, and no tape.

I love this one as well. Do you record all of your designs? They're very clever.

Very nicely done. One of my hobbies is origami, even though I haven't done much lately.

I love bats, and this is sooo cool. The wings look great! I also love how the photograph has been taken. Good job.

wow... How big are those dollar bills? just like a real dollar? I don't get, how you can make such complex models just from one dollar.. If so, how large are these models? :)

Yes, I use real dollars and when they are done they stand anywhere from an inch tall to three inches long.

I used to LOVE origami, but I lacked the patience and, well, skills do make much. Most of my work ended up being "rocks". I was very good at those. :D (Rocks generally were what I attempted to make smashed up into a ball.)

You are amazing. Every single piece in your gallery is art that far surpasses mostly everything I've seen here on DA. :worship: This has got to be my favorite by far, though. ^o^ Hooray for bats! ^w^

what's used for the dark part of it then?

The dark background is shadow. This photo was taken in a shadow box and only one side was flashed to get the effect.
